11 Jul 1974: Mrs. Gladys A. Atkins, widow of Alfred C. Atkins, died early Tuesday morning after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Atkins was a member of the San Jose Episcopal Church and the San Jose Country Club. Survivors include two sons, David R. Atkins and Dr. J. Thomas Atkins of Jacksonville; one brother Myron R.
